Please use the form below to submit new dogs to be added to the pedigree database.  **Please note that some fields on this form are Mandatory (fields with a blue background).

 

If you wish to have data amended for a dog in the database, please use this link DOG CHANGE FORM.

 

This form does NOT update the database directly.  This form will submit the details to me for confirmation and to make the changes to the database.
